  1. Go to Settings tab > Custom Fields tab > click Add Field button.

Add Folder - Group Custom Fields in folders for better organization.

Types of Custom Fields (When Adding a new one, there is a visual example)

  • Text Input - Single Line / Multi line / and Text Box List.

  • Values - Number / Phone / and Monetary.

  • Choosing Options - Dropdown(single) / Dropdown (multiple) / Radio Selector / Check Box / Date Picker.

  • Other - File Upload / Signature.
